Introduction The Library Faculty personnel evaluation processes in this section serve as a documentation guide to both Library and University policies and procedures concerning annual evaluations, three-year tenure review, and sustained performance evaluation. Members of the Library faculty are advised to review this Chapter upon appointment and when compiling evaluation materials. Questions regarding evaluation processes may be referred to the supervisor, the Human Resources Officer, or the Director of Libraries.
