When you connect, you get an error "The requested resource (/wos) is not available" but you can get in if you go to the address bar and look in the middle of the URL for the double slash //. for example:

http://apps.isiknowledge.com//wos?SID=3Ag@ Mmc9MgoaA9lPppD

Delete from the double slash in the middle onward for example:

http://apps.isiknowledge.com/

and you should have access.

The Apple Safari browser may fail in LexisNexis Academic. The problem occurs after a search has been submitted, while the result screen is loading.

Apple has released two software updates that correct the problem. For users of OS 10.5, a March 2008 update to the OS 10.5.x operating system includes a Safari upgrade. For users of OS 10.4, there is a Safari 3.1 update released earlier in April.

You can find the updates at http://www.apple.com/downloads/ or by using the Software Update feature on your Mac.
