F10 Macro will Check In Item you have highlighted in the Items window
F9 Macro will Change the location of the highlighted Subscription in the Subscription window
F8 Macro will alter the location of a selected item that has been previously checked in or does not yet need to be checked in.
Ctrl-Alt D Macro will prompt for a number of items to delete, and will delete them one by one starting from the bottom and working up.
Ctrl Alt L Macro will push record to Aleph (will not work if Order does not contain ISSN or LUIS#)
Ctrl Alt C Macro will push record to Web OPAC
Ctrl Shift S Macro will create Supplement based on selected Item’s information
Ctrl Shift D Macro will create a Duplicate entry based upon the information of the selected item. This new Item will not display to the public
Ctrl H This Cataloging Macro will create an 863 to be filled out, and will continue to create them until Cancelled. User must enter information in one line (I.e. $$a2-4$$b1-4) because the macro waits for ENTER to continue after each line.
Win A Macro will Exit out of all Aleph Windows
Ctrl Alt 8 Macro will set all the default information for the 008 of the Holding Record
