Silent Auction Registration Form

The Registration and Donation Deadline is Monday, October 7th.

To enter an object or service for the UFCC Silent Auction:

• Fill out a Registration form for each item you are donating.
• Assign a "value" to the donation on the Registration Form. (Fair Market Value)
• Suggest the minimum opening bid. Or leave blank on form, and we will suggest the opening bid.
• Take the object or service description/prop, to the Special Collections Service Desk, 2nd Floor Library East.
  
  NOTE: Minimum Bid and Minimum Bid Increment
  
  
• The minimum bid and increments are tied to the value of the item, and will be set by the donor or the coordinators.
• Every item will have a "Minimum Bid Increment". Every bid must go up by this amount or be discounted.
• If anyone has a question, please ask Monica Aiton or Jody Hewitt.

Please donate Collectibles, Art, Crafts, Event Tickets, Vouchers for Food or Services, New Books, or Sports Memorabilia. We need donations large and small.
