View the LUIS record in UF ALEPH GUI OPAC
Search for the record in the Search Module
Search for the record in different ways (by title, ISBN, author, etc.)
Review the results lists and report any oddities
Highlight record in results list
Click Full
Click Add to Nav Map

View the LUIS bib record in UF ALEPH GUI Client
"Push" to Catalog Module by clicking Catalog Bib
Check that data in fixed fields appear in ALEPH as in LUIS
Check that data in variable fields appear in ALEPH as in LUIS
Check potential problem(s) identified in LUIS 599 field

View the LUIS holdings record in UF ALEPH GUI Client
From File pull-down menu, choose Load HOL record (or type Ctrl O)
Choose the holdings record from index
Click Edit
Check that holdings data appear in ALEPH as in LUIS

View the LUIS item record in UF ALEPH GUI Client
From File pull-down menu, choose Open Items record
Choose the item record from index
Click Modify
Check that items data appear in ALEPH as in LUIS

View the LUIS item record in UF ALEPH Web OPAC
Search for the record in different ways (by title, call number, author, subject)
Review the results lists and report any oddities
Choose record from results list
Review the presentation of data (location, user messages, etc.)

Use Data Load Report Form to report problems found
If no problems are found, give a cheer and check the record off your list.
