Processing
MICROFILM
- Make sure each microfilm reel is wrapped in acid-free strip.
- Put call numbers on boxes if not done.
- Make sure call number includes + for LAC or ** for JUD over call number if applicable.
- Apply location stamp under call number if applicable.
- Apply possession stamp.
If 25 or fewer fiche:
- Create and affix call number labels to lower left corner of fiche envelopes if not done.
- Make sure call number includes + for LAC or ** for JUD over call number if applicable.
- Apply location stamp under call number if applicable.
- Apply possession stamp.
- Create call number labels only; labels will go with fiche to owning location; personnel there will be responsible for affixing call number labels, applying location stamp if applicable, and applying possession stamp.
Do NOT target any items.
Put on shelf for pick-up.
