In addition to the general emergency procedures, in the event of an emergency at Library West:

Lock the keyboards for all the PCs at the Circ Desk by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del.
Lock the laptop cart and take the key with you.
Lock the study room/locker key cabinet and take the key with you.

Additionally, please encourage patrons who are evacuating to take anything they've checked out with them, including laptops.
