Requesting Additional Course Reserve Items

Once you have a course page active, you can add reserve items by submitting the request using the online Course Reserves form. If you bring the materials to the circulation desk, you can use a laptop to complete the online form.

Arranging your course page documents

We can arrange your reserve documents into folders on your course page. We can arrange them by week (Week 1 readings, Week 2 readings, etc.), by test (Test 1 readings, Test 2 readings, etc.), by topic, by document type, or we can just place the documents themselves in a particular order. Without your requesting a particular arrangement, documents will either be set up in alphabetical order or in the order in which they are added to the system.

Renewing old course pages

At the end of the semester, your course page will become "invisible" to students. Only you will still be able to see your course page if you are logged in as an administrator. If you simply need us to renew a previous course page so that it becomes visible again, please inform us before the beginning of the next semester.
