The following new subjects in the Library of Congress Subject Headings (LCSH) were submitted by the University of Florida during July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 and approved by the Library of Congress.

The SACO Coordinator also participated in the Subject Authority Cooperative Program of the Library of Congress, Program for Cooperative Cataloging by attending SACO-at-Large meetings at ALA in January 2011 in San Diego, California and in June 2011 in New Orleans, Louisiana. At the June meeting there was instruction in submission using the new system in Minaret. She also serves as a SACO Mentor for the South and consulted with several Florida librarians on their proposals.
