The Education Library routinely submits analytic requests to the Catalog Problems mailbox. Priscilla will ask that the requests be sent to Doug.
UFDC and POD/CIP
Recently, an unpublished pdf title was cataloged in OCLC and Aleph prior to its ingest into DLC - Diaries of a prolific professor: undergraduate research from the James Haskins Manuscript Collection. Later, a UFDC link was added to the bib as well as a UFER UFDC holding, but there is no print copy available yet. According to DLC, the intention is to provide the title via print-on-demand (pod), and a pod copy will be added to the library's collection at some point. A workflow may need to be established in the future. An interesting additional point is that UFDC is planning to include CIP-type data in the pod title.
A representative from OCLC is going to visit on February 2 morning to discuss WorldShare Management.
