Great progress is being made on the pre-merge clean-up projects.
FCLA is developing the migration timeline. Aleph downtime is expected, but it is uncertain how long it will be. FCLA is considering possible workarounds that would allow at least some work to continue.
Post-merge priority report requests are due to FCLA by April 6.
The Stogen and Dedup lull is over and catalogers are returning to ALF.
CMG discussed Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) concerning Cataloging as part of a broader effort throughout the Libraries to examine internal and external impacts on operations. Units were encouraged to do a similar exercise.
Naomi is discussing with Library HR an initiative to develop local online serial training modules.
