Draft department goals
CMG brainstormed draft department goals for 2011/2012 in preparation for the April department meeting.
Connexion upgrade
The timing of the upgrade will be discussed at the April department meeting. Possible considerations regarding the schedule include: on the one hand: being able to take advantage of the improvements sooner rather than later and working out any bugs early - and on the other hand: waiting until replacement computers are delivered or waiting until all computers are converted to Windows 7 so we don't have to reinstall.
