Shared Bib
- FCLA announced that duplicate records within an institution will not merge.
- Pre-merge clean-up is moving along well. A post-merge clean-up list has been started.
- FCLA needs input by May 9 about which templates institutions want to retain on the server.
- CMG discussed possibilities for activities during the Aleph downtime, such as training (e.g., NACO, serials, RDA, Shared Bib).
Storage projects
Staff assignments continue to fluctuate based on the cataloging needs at ALF.
FY13 department goals
CMG brainstormed goals for the coming year: Shared Bib, RDA, StoCat, etc.
LLMC-Digital cataloging project
There may be a need to download LLMC-Digital records to Aleph, depending on whether or not the records the library wants are included in CRL's catalog.
