Aleph downtime activities are in place. Betsy will send a reminder to Aleph Catalogers about training opportunities and the SUL Guidelines.
AlephPro inventory
Jane Anne deduped the list. Jimmie is going to review and make initial assignments.
UFDC metadata creation guide
CMG discussed recommendations and comments, which Betsy will pass along to Laurie Taylor.
Convocation
CMG brainstormed possible highlights: Shared Bib, Stocat, Summon, Mini-grant, Education reclass, elections (OCLC CJK Users Group, PCC Policy Committee).
Rudimentary RDA
In response to a question from HR, CMG decided to request 6-7 spots for NEFLIN's Rudimentary RDA class.
July department meeting
Topics for the July department meeting include ALA Annual updates, Shared Bib, and branch moves.
