RDA
CMG decided to sign up for the upcoming RDA Webinars being offered by ALCTS. Betsy will contact Bonnie Smith about HR advertising the Webinars. There will be unlimited access to the Webinar recordings for staff who are not available for the live version.
RDA Toolkit
CMG would like to subscribe to the RDA Toolkit when the open access period ends. Betsy will contact Chris Poehlmann about a library-wide subscription based on IP.
Stodocs staffing
Due to a growing focus on monographs, Todd is going to be on call only and not spend one day per week at ALF. Fern is going to increase her ALF work from one to two days per week.
Division meeting
CMG supports Rachel's proposal to have a July timeframe for the annual Division meeting. Betsy will let Rachel know.
8/19/10 meeting with Dean Russell
CMG discussed issues related to single vs. separate records in preparation for a meeting with the dean about the topic.
