- Review documentation collected in-house and from other institutions related to an offsite move
- Determine furniture and equipment to be moved and located in the new facility
- Solicit input from staff regarding optimal floor plans
- Discuss security, transportation, and other issues with staff in the T&SS Division and Branches
- Identify and plan for Acq-Cat collaborative spaces and shared workflow
- Submit recommendations to the Chairs on all aspects of the relocation on an ongoing basis
