OK, given all of the feedback we're received about claiming and closing
out certified forward funds, could we aim at freezing NOTIS for online
updates (read only will continue to be available until past the P3Ls
STP) on Jan. 1, 2005?

Will this provide the time you need to get all the work you want to do done?
