- Commitments & Expenditures-This report would list commitment and expenditure data for all active budgets. Fields include: Budget Code, Net (Current?) Allocation, Year to Date Expenditures, Current Expenditures, Cash Balance, Year to Date Commitments and Free Balance.
- Current Unapproved Invoices - This report would list unapproved invoices as of the moment the report is run. Output fields would include invoice number and date, gross invoice amount, net invoice amount, and vendor id number.
- Outstanding Orders by Vendor – This report would list outstanding orders for a specified vendor. Fields include Title and Author at the time of order, Order Number, Budget Code, Encumbered Amount and Order Date.
- Payments by Budget - This report would list payments charged to an individual budget during the period beginning with the specified date. Fields include Title, Author, Order Number, Invoice Number, Vendor ID, Object Code, Payment Amount and Transaction Date.
- Payments by Object Code - This report would list payments charged to an individual object code during the period beginning with the specified date. Fields include Title, Author, Order Number, Invoice Number, Vendor ID, Payment Amount and Transaction Date.
- Payments by Vendor - This report would list payments to an individual vendor during the specified period. Fields include Title, Author, Order Number, Invoice Number, Budget Code, Object Code, Payment Amount and Transaction Date.
- Total Expenditures by Vendor and Object Code - This report would list payment totals for object code for the specified vendor and time period.
- Outstanding orders by budget.
- Outstanding orders by vendor/budget and object code.
