Connexion (OCLC/AGXX) updating
Search for record in Agricola (OCLC) database
Add “agricola” constant data which includes
946: :Other US (previously was 910:1 : $u6 ) 949: :FU |i LD1780.Xddd date (example 949: : FU |i LD1780.B345 1999)
599:1 : (FU)AGRICOLA
Add Subject headings (65x’s) as appropriate
Add 043 if needed (there is ready-made Connexion macro for that)
Change encoding level of record from K to I
Control headings (from pull down Edit menu or Shift + F11)
Reformat, Validate, Replace, Produce (all from pull down menu or toolbar, as appropriate)
Retrieve OCLC number and search in Aleph
Retrieve Aleph number and add to OCLC Agricola record as 599
Change 049 AGXX back to FUGG
Export Agricola record to Aleph
In Aleph change 599 containing Aleph number to cataloger’s initials
