Cataloging Initiatives
- Catalog federal documents in storage (a, b, c)
- Support UF Digital Collections by implementing workflow for quality control revision of Digital Collections non-MARC metadata and by completing Hildebrand print materials cataloging (b, c)
- Support library development activities (e.g., cataloging of high profile collections such as Child; participation in Hispanic Alumni Event in Miami) (b, c)
- Review and revise online database and campus guide records for accuracy and completeness (c)
- Collaborate with SASC on Braga Collection and other non-MARC projects for management and access (c)
- Collaborate with SASC on Florida History Map Cataloging CLIR grant proposal and execute project if funded (c)
- Provide support for unit members' understanding of new cataloging rules (RDA) (b)
Workflow Management
- Absorb serials title changes and publication patterns work transferred from Acquisitions (a, b, c)
- Transfer AlephPro to SharePoint platform (b)
WorldCat Improvements
- Participate in cleanup resulting from OCLC reclamation project and in relation to developments concerning Single Bibliographic Record project (b, c)
Statewide Efforts
- Support ongoing Mango enhancements through direct feedback to FCLA and as Liaison from TSPC to OPAC Subcommittee (b, c)
- Promote Florida participation in PCC as SACO Mentor (b, c)
