• Place book and map(s) in envelope
• Barcode envelope
• Create one item record
• Add Circ Note to record information about contents of envelope

• Write call number on book
• Write call number on map(s) in lower right hand corner
• Stamp map(s) with depository stamp
• Place book and map(s) in envelope
• Barcode envelope
