Steps identified to improve throughput time
· making sure the shelving provided for material distributed from CBS is sufficient, well-labelled, and organized
· using Start Here markers to indicate how long material has been on the shelf
· avoiding "backlogging" material at individual workstations
· investigating the possibility of increasing our application of K level cataloging to certain categories of material
