- A generalized version of a class handout intended to quickly familiarize users with the
Africana Collection, relevant reference tools, and other library resources.
- Africana Collection guide
- A more thorough, descriptive overiew of the library's Africana Collection (includes
narrative description of "cognate collections" (other areas of the library that
may prove useful in Africanist research), a historical overview of Africana at
UF, an
outline of important sub-collections, a mission statement, a section on the budget and
vendors, institutional linkages and affiliations, grant activities).
