for ARL Stats
Head, Acquisitions Print and Media Unit
- Count WCP record loads (each record=1 volume)
- Total volumes for WCP adds and multi-volume sets that are part of WCP record loads
- Total volumes for shelf-ready standing order adds handled by Acquisitions that are not part of WCP record loads
- Adds #1, #2, and #3
- Total volumes for WCP record loads that were sent to Cataloging*
- Subtract #5 from #4 to get ARL shelf-ready count
- Input total in ARL form
* Chair, Cataloging and Metadata Department maintains a running list of shelf-ready items included in CatMet monthly stats at file:///Y:/AcqCatTools/AcqCatStats. The list includes entries with current fiscal year ticklers minus adds.
