Discretionary Recognition Fund proposals
Members discussed two proposals.
Listserv
Betsy updated the introductory information for the Watercooler listserv and spoke with Logan about the creation of an archival public folder.
Members discussed revising the introduction to encourage contributors to check when posting news about another employee
Peter questioned whether individual contributors to the listserv received their own postings via email. Dina agreed to ask Logan about this and request that contributors automatically receive their own postings in the future if possible.
Status of Spring Picnic and Convocation
The Spring Picnic Committee reports everything on schedule for the April 13 event.
The Convocation Committee has rescheduled their event for August 15. They will test chocolate fountains for the convocation on April 3; members of the Employee Recognition Committee are encouraged to attend.
