At the committee's request, Judy Russell attended the committee's December meeting. The topics covered included ERC background and activities (e.g., Recognition Fund, Holiday Party, Convocation, awards), building a culture of recognition, and funding for employee recognition programs. The committee expressed its appreciation for Judy's efforts to reach out and listen to the employees.
