Committee Charge
The TMT meets as required based on a monthly poll of the membership. Meetings will increase in frequency as the major transition to the new Library West approaches. The TMT is responsible for:
- Providing feedback from the departments and administration to library staff. All staff may contact any member of the team with questions and concerns for the team's attention.
- Providing information from administration to staff through communication in all forms including library updates, email and a TMT web site.
- Identifying at an early stage problems that could have serious consequences.
- Becoming educated on the effect of transition on staff and stay attentive to helping staff cope through periods of transition.
