Today is Julia Allen's last day. She is leaving for a job in Saipan. Her position description will be reviewed for posting and recruitment.
- Preservation and Acquistions & Licensing have been intervieing for the temporary joint LTA position.Will make a recommendation soon.
- Interviews for the Digital Projects & Metadata position are scheduled for the remainder of this week.
- Plans for the load of Serials Solutions MARC records continue.
- The Archivist position in the Science & Social Science unit of Cataloging & Metadata Dept will be timed for posting and recruitment when Jimmie Lundgren returns.
- Betsy Simpson will be on vacation Aug. 1-5.
- DLC expects the OPS from the FHP project to carry forward to next year since it arrived too late to be spent in 2004/05.
- We expect word this week on funding for the proposed LSTA Florida newspaper grant.
- The TS Aleph Implementation group will begin planning for the joint meeting with PS and CM staff for Fall.
