Clearing the Review Shelves.
- Materials may be removed from the review shelves by Brittle Books Program staff anytime after review.
- Each Wednesday after noon all previous volumes are removed from the review shelves.
- Carry out distribution of Collection Management review decisions.
Shelving the Next Batch of Review Materials.
- Remove prospective review volumes from the "awaiting review" shelves.
- Place new volumes on appropriate Collection Manager review shelves.
- List names of Collection Management staff having materials to be reviewed.
Notification of Need to Review
- Using the current CM name list, e-mail is sent to each Collection Manager having new materials on shelves for review, indicating their participation is needed "this week".
This message should be sent each Wednesday afternoon.
