Internet Distribution Consent Agreement

In reference to the following dissertation:

   
I, __________________________________________, as copyright holder for the aforementioned thesis or dissertation, hereby grant specific and limited archive and distribution rights to the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida (hereinafter, the "UF") and its agents.

This is a non-exclusive grant of permissions for specific off-line and on-line uses for an indefinite term. Off-line uses shall be limited to those specifically allowed by "Fair Use" as prescribed by the terms of United States copyright legislation (cf, Title 17, U.S. Code) as well as to the maintenance and preservation of a digital archive copy. Digitization allows the University of Florida allows and its digitization vendors to generate image- and text-based versions as appropriate and to provide and enhance access using search software.

This grant of permissions prohibits use of the digitized versions for commercial use or profit.
