The database of DLC computer hardware and software is a Microsoft Access MDB file located at \\Smathersnt12\DLCdocs\DLCSystems\Databases\computers.mdb.
For information on a Dell computer's original configuration, point a web browser to support.dell.com, and use the Optional: Search By Service Tag feature. (The service tag will be in this sort of format: 435GQ01.)
