Contacting the Systems Department
Unless informed otherwise, such a thing may only be done by a Systems liaison.
- Whenever you have a problem for Systems, the first line of attack is to email "syshelp" which can be found in the Global Address list.
- If, after a day or so, there is no response, then place a call to Systems' front desk at 392-0796.
- However, if there is an emergency which needs "immediate rectification", place a call the front desk, instead of sending an email.
- For help after hours, consult the emergency help page on their web site.
