I figured this one out by accident: Windows Help knows nothing about it.
You may find some workstations sharing a folder on the network neighborhood. It will look like this in Windows Explorer or My Network Places under Smatherslib:
\\Wsid3791\Documents
or
\\Wsid3791\My Music
etc.
What's happening is that this folder,
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents
is set to share. I don't know why some are and some aren't, but to undo do it,
- right click that All Users\Documents folder
- select Properties
- select the Sharing tab
- select Do not share this folder
- click OK, etc.
