Loading to Fully External Sites (YouTube, Flickr...)

UFDC materials may, in some cases, be loaded to external sites for patron ease and outreach. Many of the Digital Collection materials are automatically contributed to larger consortiums, so external sites are those that are not directly affiliated with the Libraries, but those that can still be used to support the Libraries' mission.

Materials should be selected and loaded to external sites based on their service enhancement. For instance, loading archival photos to a photo-sharing site may enhance service by improving access to the photos and by gaining additional metadata from comments. As they become available, guidelines for loading materials externally will be listed here.
