Running Reports from the Tracking Database:
Running reports based on CD numbers from the tracking database application:
- Launch application (either through the toolbox or any other shortcut)
- From main menu click Archives --> View Archives
- In the CD range, choose the range (ie ‘450-550’) and press the Search button.
- This will return all of the BIB ID's on those CD’s with the project code is the last column. This report can be printed or saved to Excel.
Removing an Item from UFDC:
To remove an item from UFDC: Do a metadata update (METS Editor) on this item and change the record status to DELETE.
