- In Cataloging
- Sent to Preservation
When the item is ready for your use, you will be notified to pick up the item at the appropriate circulation desk.
All fields must be completed before submission can occur. If information is unknown, please put N/A or a question mark (?) in the appropriate field. If critical information is not submitted, the request cannot be processed.
