Add to List / View List / View Selected

During a catalog session, you may mark records to add them to a list.

  • From a Brief Record screen, click the check-box to the left of the record number(s). Click the Add to List button in the dotted box.
  • From a Full Record, click the Add to List button.

After you have Added to List, you may click the  view list  button in the blue menu bar to Delete or Delete-all any unwanted records before processing.

You may print, save, or email the marked records in your list.


The View Selected button in the dotted box will display the Full View of selected/marked records from a Results list.

To work further with View Selected records beyond simply displaying them on the screen, you must Add to List or Add to E-Shelf.


To save records beyond a Catalog session, click the Add to E-Shelf button. If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to enter your 14-digit library number or UFID.

NOTE: Your list of marked records will disappear if you leave your Catalog session of if the session is timed out due to your lack of activity in the browser window.
