Using the UF Libraries' CatalogE-Shelf and Saved SearchesRegistered UF library users may save catalog records or search statements onto the catalog’s server for reuse at another time or from another computer. If you have not already signed in to a session, you will be prompted for your 14-digit library number or UFID when you select these long-term storage options. To save records, display the Full Record View and click the Add to E-Shelf button. You may only add records to your E-Shelf one at a time. You will be prompted to create or select a folder name for each record you save to your E-Shelf. ![]() To save a search statement, click past searches in the middle menu bar. Mark a search statement, and click the Save button. ![]() To access your E-Shelf or Saved Searches, you must first sign in to your account. After you have signed in, you will see buttons to select your e-shelf or saved searches in the top menu bar. |
