Reserve a Study Room @ Library West

Students can now reserve group study rooms at Library West using the online room reservation program. Rooms may be reserved for 2-hour blocks of time, up to 10 days in advance.

TO RESERVE A STUDY ROOM:

  1. GO TO THE ROOM RESERVATION PAGE

  2. PICK A ROOM TYPE
    Please Note: Rooms 335 & 336 are for Media Production or ADA users only. Two users maximum are allowed in these rooms.

  3. CHOOSE THE DAY

  4. VIEW ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION and SELECT AN AVAILABLE TIME
    1. Key icon = available
    2. Lock icon = reserved

  5. SELECT A ROOM SIZE (appropriate for the size of your group)
    1. Person making the reservation is the only person who can check out the key.
    2. All members will need to be present to pick up the key.

  6. CAREFULLY READ THE RULES

  7. LOGIN WITH YOUR UFID & LIBRARY PASSWORD.

  8. LOOK FOR MESSAGE: “booking is successfully placed”

  9. TO VERIFY YOUR BOOKING
    1. CLICK “my account”
    2. CLICK “view bookings”
    3. VIEW room #, pickup location, start/end times.

  10. NEED TO CANCEL A BOOKING?  CLICK “CANCEL”

  11. ALL DONE?? LOG OUT!! pretty please...  :D

>>A few more REALLY important things you need to know<<

  • Bring your ID: If you made the reservation, only YOUR UFID/Gator1 card will work to check out the room.

  • Bring your friends: All members of your group must be with you when you check out the room.

  • Be on time: The system will only hold your reservation for 30 minutes past the start/pickup time. If you are not there, the system will release the room to others to reserve/checkout.

  • Only one reservation at a time: you may only make one reservation until you fulfill that reservation or cancel that reservation.

  • Not for individual study: Group study rooms are just that - group study for 2 or more people. Read the room size limits carefully.
