Outlook Exchange Settings Setup (Category View)


Step 1
Click on START
Open the Control Panel

Step 2
Click on the Icon 'User Accounts'

Step 3
Click on the Icon 'MAIL'


Step 4
A box will open titled 'Mail Setup - new'
Click on the Button Labeled 'E-mail Accounts...'




Step 4
You will see a Box labeled 'Account Settings'
Click on the Button labeled 'Change'




Step 5
The E-mail accounts box will now give you an option to change the Microsoft Exchange Server
Type in mapi.mail.ufl.edu and then click the button labeled 'Next'

Step 7
Close all of the open boxes and othen open Microsoft Outlook
