Getting Started

• If you want to find articles from journals, use Databases.
• If you want to search for UF-owned books, journals, conference proceedings, and dissertations/theses, use the Library Catalog.
• If you want to access the full-text databases that UF subscribes to from off campus, use Remote Logon.
• When you are searching a database and you see this symbol , click on it to see if the article you are interested in is available full-text in another UF-subscribed database. Click on the SFX symbol to learn more about this service.
• If UF does not own or subscribe to a library material you need, i.e. a book or journal article, use Interlibrary Loan to request this library material from another library.
