Forget about the hurricanes, and let E-Reserves blow you away

Seriously, we know you’re watching the weather as closely as we are, but take a moment during this hectic season to let us show you how we can help make your classroom materials available online come rain or shine.

Electronic Reserves is a free service for faculty and students provided by the George A. Smathers Libraries. We have a large collection of materials available to you and your students, and if you need supplemental readings this fall, we can often make those materials available online for free! Your students are already paying for access to these materials with their tuition to the university. Don’t make them pay twice by going to the copy shop if you don’t have to.

Come to our E-Reserves Fall Kickoff Workshop and find out how we can help you make your classroom materials available online!

What: The E-Reserves Fall Kickoff Workshop

Who: Any and all UF instructors are welcome!

When: Friday, August 19, from 4:00-5:00pm

Where: Marston Science Library, Room L308

For those of you who are already ERes veterans, please remember to email us at eres@uflib.ufl.edu if you would like your hard copy reserves materials available again in the fall. Remember, all materials not picked up by the end of the semester are returned via campus mail unless other arrangements are made.

For those of you wanting to know more, let’s explore what the Electronic Reserves department can do for you this Fall: Electronic Reserves: Easy as 1-2-3.
