As an Exempt Employee your daily time worked hours are automatically generated in PeopleSoft based on your percentage of FTE.  For full time employees 40 hours per week are automatically populated in payroll.  The only time you need to enter is leave:vacation, sick, holiday, FMLA and administrative leave.

The following links provide instructions on entering your leave time.

5. Select Report Time and then Timesheet.

6. Confirm that the correct workweek is displayed on the page (first Friday of the current UF pay period will be the default date displayed)

7. You will see a default schedule applied with a blank time reporting code.  This is your normal hours worked.

8. Adjust the hours on the line with your regular schedule to reflect the actual hours worked (i.e. reduce by the amount of leave you will be taking).

9. Click on the Plus icon to input your leave time.  Select the appropriate "Time Reporting Code" from the drop down menu.  Create as many lines as you need  in a given week to account for the different types of leave.

Note: To avoid overpayment/underpayment the time reduced in hours worked should offset (equal) the time entered in step 9 for leave.

10. Click the "Submit" button to save work.
