Primary Contact:
Robert Parker rparker@mail.uflib.ufl.edu

Objectives:
  • Continue working with software technicians at ICI to archive past LARS jobs.
  • LARS jobs will be separated by year.
  • Once we master the process, the department will archive one year each month to bring us up to date.

Progress:
  • July 2002 Determined we needed to contact ICI software technicians for assistance because we needed supporting program to prepare LARS Jobs for archiving.
  • August 2002 Software arrived and installed. Still needed assistance with the follow- up steps.
  • September 2002 Preservation Department head visited ICI to see the archiving process firsthand from start to finish using our data.
