Is your card already active?
You can test whether or not your current library number has been activated by remotely logging into the UF Libraries' Catalog:
• Visit
http://www.uflib.ufl.edu/ufproxy.html
• Enter your 14-digit library barcode number
• Enter the month and day of your birthday (or the alternate verification
number if you changed it in the system) for the Password (e.g.,
enter 0621 if your birthday is June 21st):
• Click Login
• If you see a message stating 'You have SUCCESSFULLY LOGGED IN to
the Library EZproxy', your number is active.
• If you see a message stating 'Your login attempt was unsuccessful.
Please try again' please visit any library circulation desk to activate
your library card.
