Students Out for a Semester Policy
Students are only eligible for undergraduate or graduate student library privileges if they are enrolled in classes at the University of Florida. Students who are not currently taking classes but are enrolled for the upcoming semester will retain their privileges. Graduate students working on their dissertations for longer than one semester must register for at least one credit to be granted library privileges.
Students making up an “incomplete” may petition for privileges through the Chair of Access Services.
Online access
for all non-enrolled students will expire when their GatorLink account expires.
That policy can be found at: http://help.gatorlink.ufl.edu/elig.html
Options for students who are not currently enrolled
and who have not yet enrolled for an upcoming term include:
Using computers
and materials in the libraries (Library Computer Access Card): http://web.uflib.ufl.edu/computeruse.html
Purchasing a special borrowers card: http://www.uflib.ufl.edu/ps/Circ/circnoaff.html
