Undergraduate Students Out for a Semester Policy
Undergraduate students not enrolled in classes will only be granted borrowing privileges if they are making up an Incomplete from the previous semester.
• Exceptions to this policy will be addressed on a
case by case basis by the Access Services Department Chair at Library West.
• Library materials checked out before expiration should not be renewed by staff after expiration. Patrons should be directed to return items as soon as possible.
Online Access
• Online access for all non-enrolled students will expire when their GatorLink account expires. That policy can be found at: http://help.gatorlink.ufl.edu/elig.html
