Traditional and online course reserve services are available. With the new ARes system, instructors can enjoy the convenience of adding materials, such as class notes, exams, syllabi, homework, instructor overheads, and student papers directly to the system.
You can borrow materials from research libraries around the world using ILLIAD, the Smathers Libraries Interlibrary Loan Service. Personalize your account to request electronic copies for articles from journals we do not own.
In your classroom or in our electronic classroom you can have your students learn all about finding authoritative information sources for their research papers and projects. Request a general library orientation or have a subject specialist provide in-depth training on the latest databases as well as the core bibliography for the field.

The Library Catalog does much more than provide a record of our library holdings. You can often links directly to online journals, eBooks and other electronic documents. And you can set up your own account that permits you to see everything you have checked out, renew them online, recall items, request materials from storage, save search strategies – even store bibliographies online.
