- subjects or procedures that prepared materials cover.
- content of handouts/guides.
- how to match user inquiry with handouts.
- how to explain examples in handouts.
- how to provide other examples to patrons.
Task 2: Knows procedures for handout availability.

- who is responsible for "restocking" the supply.
- amount of lead time needed to restock the supply.
- where the masters are kept.
Task 3: Review content of print and online "handouts" periodically.

Needs to know:
- how and when it is time to become reacquainted with content and examples in handouts.
- whom to notify of needed changes.
- to watch for items that need updating.
- how to identify better examples or other needed revisions.
Task 4: Develop/suggest new handouts.

Needs to know:
- to whom suggestions for new handouts should be made.
- how to assist others in development of handouts.
Suggestions:
- Assist with editing.
- Assist with identifying examples.
- Assist with format and layout.
Needs to know:
- how to draft new handouts.
Suggestions:
- Develop concept to be presented.
- Incorporate explanatory text clarifying examples.
- Evaluate results for compatibility with perceived need.
