The topic will be Faculty Recruitment. The Faculty Recruitment Policies and Practices Committee invites you to discuss which interesting parts from other libraries' documents should be included in our revised document. Categories will include search committee composition, advertising for diversity, sunshine vs. confidentiality, staff feedback, and a final decision. Following the Town Meeting, the Committee will distribute a survey to identify which of our current procedures work well and which need revision.
